**Shipping Terms and Conditions**

1. **Free Shipping Eligibility**
- Free shipping is available on all items that fall within specified dimensions and weight limits compatible with UPS or FedEx shipping services.

2. **Returns**
- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items received are damaged or items are missing from your order.
- In the event of damaged items or missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide replacements if desired.

3. **Shipping Times**
- For most items eligible for FedEx or UPS shipping, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days unless we notify you otherwise. It is our wish that this shipping time could be guaranteed but because of constantly fluctuating inventory, there may be unforeseen delays.

4. **Tracking Information**
- You will receive tracking information via email once your items have been shipped. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

5. **Large Items or Orders**
- In cases where items or orders exceed the dimensions and weight limits for standard UPS or FedEx shipping, our store will arrange for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping.
- LTL shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, but typically arrive within 14-21 days.

6. **White Glove Delivery**
- When white glove delivery is specified, our delivery team will:
- Deliver your items to the specific space within your home or office that you have designated.
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the items to ensure they meet your expectations.
- Assemble any furniture or products that require assembly.
- Remove and dispose of any packaging or waste generated during delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of our carriers. We will make every effort to ensure your items are delivered in a timely manner and will keep you informed of any delays or issues that may arise.
