**1. Shipping Methods:**

1.1. For items that meet the following criteria, we offer free shipping using UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or FedEx Ground:
- Weight: Items must be under 150 lbs.
- Girth: Items must be under the maximum girth requirements for standard shipping (130 inches in length/girth combined).

1.2. If your order includes items that exceed the weight or girth limitations for free shipping, additional shipping charges may apply.

1.3. Items over 150 lbs or exceeding standard shipping limits will be shipped via LTL carrier services.

**2. Free Shipping Eligibility:**

2.1. Items eligible for free shipping will be clearly marked on the product page or able to view during our cart check-out process.

**3. Delivery Timeframes:**

3.1. Estimated delivery times for items eligible for free shipping will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Standard shipped items via UPS or FedEx typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

3.2. For items shipped via LTL carrier services, we do not have complete control over the speed of the shipments once the shipping carriers are in possession of the items.

**4. Order Processing:**

4.1. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

**5. Tracking Information:**

5.1. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to track the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

**6. Delivery Address:**

6.1. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

**7. Additional Shipping Charges:**

7.1. If your order includes items that exceed the weight or girth limitations for free shipping, the additional shipping charges will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.

**8. Order Modifications:**

8.1. If you need to make changes to your order, including the shipping address, please contact our customer service team (paul@homesourceff.com) as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed for shipping.

**9. Shipment Delays:**

9.1. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your items, certain factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances) may lead to shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

**10. Damaged or Lost Shipments:**

10.1. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. We may require photo evidence of the damage for our records.

10.2. In the rare event that your shipment is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
